If I could put -10 stars i would.... this place was disgusting. I should've known better when I pulled around from ordering and saw all the trash and dirty diapers just chilling by the wall of the building. When we got home and looked at the chicken it looked like it was a week old and had been re-refried, maybe even 2 or 3 times. It tasted terrible and I threw an entire 12 piece (okay minus the 2 that I was able to salvage) away. Long story short... close it down. Clean it up. I really wish they would open a location in Plaquemine because this place in Port Allen is terrible. If I could give it negative stars, I definitely would. When I started placing my order, the lady asked if I was still there, and as soon as I told her I wanted more, she just wanted to know if I was paying with exact change or a card. Strike one. I really don't know how this restaurant stay Open! I Also feel bad for the Owner of this location he or she could have such a better restaurant with the right workers because they definitely don't have it together at this location! It will take u at least 45 mins to get thur the drive thur with 4 cars In it! And that's if u can even get service! My last experience I couldn't get waited on at the speaker accept for the bum at my window so I drove to the window still No service seen nothing but the workers SITTING ON THE COUNTER TOP hanging out! **** just went through the drive through 6/8/22 at 1:30pm. Girl working the window was the rudest person I have ever experienced at a food establishment in my entire life. She has no business dealing with the public. I thought she was going tospit on everybody coming through. My god. Somebody needs to evaluate her. I just went through the drive-thru on June 8, 2022, at 1:30 PM, and I have to say, the girl working the window was the rudest person I've ever encountered in a food business. She really shouldn't be in customer service. I expected better from this establishment. I even heard her being rude to the customer before me while I was placing my order. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. Management really needs to evaluate their staff.
Update tried for a second time and was let down even further. When arrived sat at the speaker 10 minutes finally the rude man asked me what I wanted , I ordered strips and Popers they they only had Limonade to drink pull around and the rude man takes my payment and tells me to pull around to the other side to wait for my food, I waited 30 minutes for my food! And they forgot my side again!! Terrible service. The forgot my side. Staff was less than friendly
Don't waste your time here; it's just a sketchy and oddchain restaurant now. If you're hungry, you’ll likely end up frustrated, and it might affect your interaction with the underpaid staff who don't deserve that. My advice? Learn to cook and prepare leftovers instead because these fast-food places have really gone downhill. You can't even get a quick meal anymore.
