Chicken biscuits good as always. 3 stars because even though we were the only people there placing an order somehow they still managed to forget one of our items, our Jalapeno poppers, so we were disappointed. Since the closest Church's chicken location is 45 min away from our home there was no way we were driving all the way back to get them. We didn't have a huge order, very simple, family chicken meal, sandwich and jalapeno poppers. So there's really no excuse for forgetting an item just laziness and absent mindedness I guess. It wasn't busy, not at a peak time, they had plently of staff, and it was an easy order. Step it up Church's!!!
"The bathroom was constantly out of order during my visit, just like my previous one. I requested freshly made okra, but what I received was a mix of new and old, completely defeating the purpose of my request. The table was filthy, and we had to specifically ask for napkins since they weren't provided. The server was inattentive and didn’t greet us at all. The franchise owner needs to pay more attention to cleanliness and service before promoting their establishment. The show 'Undercover Boss' could benefit from featuring this restaurant, as it clearly needs improvement!"
I ordered a $36 meal and was disappointed to discover that it didn't include biscuits. The staff member then tried to sell us the biscuits for an additional $7. I requested a refund, and to my shock, he took all the food we had and mixed it back in with the other hot food intended for other customers. I had touched everything while searching for the biscuits that were advertised in the picture. It was absolutely disgusting to think that the food I had handled was served to someone else. I urge you not to eat here!
Zero stars! We were told to go ahead and place our order, which we did, but then we were asked to wait. A woman then approached us and asked what we wanted to order. We requested the Jalapeño cheese bombers, but she asked if we wanted 4 pieces or 8. It seemed like no one had a clue. I wanted to like this location so badly since it's the only one around. I've been going to Church's since I was a kid living in Vegas and was excited to see there was a location near me. Unfortunately my experience just wasn't it. First there was no biscuit in my meal- I overlooked it and just took a bite of my boyfriend's and it was much like the chicken- flavorless but had nice texture.
Purchased 2 PC meal. One piece dry and the other perfect. The biscuit was great! My husband got 3 PC meal and had really dry and good. So I'm not sure how good it was. Biscuits are very good is all I would say. Staff at register unfriendly but person filling orders was sweet as pie.
The chicken was old and not fresh at all, and the fries were only warm. I ordered the three-piece whole wing meal, expecting it to be good since it was a new addition to the menu. Unfortunately, it was so disappointing that I ended up giving it to my dog.
Chicken was cold and the soda was hot, asked for fries and got mashed potatoes instead. Would like a refund but there was a sign on the building that said No refunds. Food exchange only and that should have been my warning sign not to eat here. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
