I had a disappointing experience at Church's Chicken on Norris/EP Blvd. Unfortunately, the staff was the worst I've encountered, and the chicken wasn’t fresh. The employees' attitudes were quite poor, which is disappointing to mention. It seems that Church's might be struggling to find quality workers, as the team I interacted with did not reflect the brand positively. I visited this location twice before sharing my thoughts, but the rudeness I experienced on a Sunday afternoon was truly the last straw for me.

JUST LEFT THERE NO CHICKEN READY BUT BREAST MEAT ONLY, BUT LOOK AT PICTURE OF BREAST MEAT ? THEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE NO HOT SAUCE, RANCH. BUT CHARGE HER .50 FOR THE HONEY MUSTARD ? HE STATED IT'S HARD OUT HERE! HIS BOSS TOLD HIM TO STOP GIVING THEM AWAY! THAT'S WHY I KNOW IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN????
I used the drive-thru and, despite having four cars in front of me, the line moved quickly. The staff was very considerate when I reached the window – she offered condiments and extras without me having to ask. It’s definitely a kid-friendly place!

I was about to leave after waiting in line for 30 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. Now, after all that time, there's still just one car in front of me. This is incredibly frustrating!
The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was hot and fresh. While the quality of chicken may vary by location, the one I visited offered an excellent experience.
The only options available were chicken, fries, and okra. I was informed they didn’t have much else because they would be closing for three weeks. Food rating: 3/5.
The chicken was cold and lacked seasoning. The French fries were also cold. Additionally, the cashier at the window had a poor attitude.

The smokehouse chicken may be the best chicken I've had in a long time. It's that good, I promise!
Chicken was good and hot. The lobby is open to the public. I wait in the car line though
