I buy a meal x 19.99 but the coleslaw was in bad conditions . The chicken was overcook and looks old and greasy. I call to the store I make like 15 call so the manager in shift name Cristian mata tell me she needs to know how many pieces I eat before because she can give chicken free because cameras . So I live like 7 miles from the store I explain what happen and she to be honest I fell she don't care say me bring the chicken to confirm you don t eat lol really ....sad I say her I take pict but she say no you need to bring the chicken back so really she don't want to help me out .please don't go church's chicken manager don't care about service and food.

My daughter is a big fan of Church's Texas Chicken. The food is consistently great, but the restaurant could use more frequent cleaning. It can be tough to find a nice, clean table.

Drive thru pick up chicken was cold tried calling restaurant no answer. Nothing more upsetting that wasting your money on food that you’re not gonna enjoy. Cooperate do better!!
