I order my food online, when I went to pick my order the lady at the window told me someone had picked my food up. And there was nothing she could do. I show her my receive she then told me what do you want me to do about that. HOW ABOUT GIVE ME MY ORDER!!!! I contact them and they said we can’t give u refunds!! So DO. NOT ORDER ONLINE!! They will give it to whoever
no one greets you or even says “one moment” or something they just walk past you and ignore you like youre invisible. im literally just trying to pick up a grubhub order and ive been sitting here for 10 minutes while they ignore me. lmfao.
This has to be the worst managed Church's Chicken in the United States. The drive-thru is never lit up, and no matter the time—day or night—there's an 18-minute wait for chicken. They are definitely losing a lot of business.

The lady at the drive in had a bad attitude and there was no chicken ready said it would be about a 20 minute wait. I left and went elsewhere I will not be going by here again.
Delicious chicken! The wait at the drive-thru took a little longer than expected, but that's only because they serve such excellent chicken.
We have always ordered from this location, but grandsons are tired of never having the honey sauce. Their speaking of trying KFC.
