Last night, a friend suggested going to a different Thai restaurant in the Valley, but throughout the evening, I couldn't help but think how much I would have preferred Chutamas instead. The food there is truly exceptional. Their panang curry is simply the best! Don't forget to check out their selection of spicy condiments; they roast the peppers themselves, resulting in flavors that are rich and vibrant, not just spicy. There are plenty of vegetarian options available as well. The service is fantastic too. My family and I visited for the first time. We got a little bit of everything...combination fried rice, pad see ew, tamarind fish, wonton soup, kung pao, garlic green beans, and spicy eggplant with ground chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious. The stand out, by far, was the tamarind fish. Crispy and light, not oily at all. And the sauce was just perfect. I would have every single dish again. And the service was incredible caring, warm, and attentive. This is my new Thai spot!
We’ve been buying take out from here for a while and today was the very first time we went for dine in. We were served by Chelissa (I hope I spell it right ? and she was super friendly and nice. Probably the best server we’ve gotten ANYWHERE, EVER!We dined in with my 3 y.o and my baby and she was also attentive and playful to them! ?She told us it’s a family business, so I’m sure that’s how they always run their business.
Delicious food and friendly staff. There was ample seating, and parking was a breeze when we got there. However, there was no air conditioning; I'm not sure if it was broken or if they simply don't have it. Hot soup hit the spot on a cold day. Service was good and food was decent. Thai coffee was pre mixed though, so not as delicious as ones that are made in house. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but would consider trying other dishes next time I'm in the neighborhood.
The food is good! The papaya and spicy beef salad are delish. Curry dumplings are amazing. The service is great. You get your food quickly , ambiance is nice but the parking is very tight! We order take out only and it's sometimes hard to find parking just for picking up.
It's a nice locally run resturant. Food was really good, the service was prompt. It wasn't crowded when we arrived there. Both the drunken noodles and pad-se-ewe were delicious. I asked for medium spice and it was just rightFood: 5/5
