I have been to many restaurants but this one is definitely one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is very clean, and the food is absolutely delicious. I have tried several dishes here and have never been disappointed - everything has been fantastic. The portions are generous and the prices are excellent. We came here for a Mother's Day meal and the menu options were great. We ordered from both the regular menu and the Mother's Day menu and everything was delicious. My friend and I went to lunch on a quiet Tuesday afternoon at Ciao Bella. I had dined here before and enjoyed amazing pasta dishes, but couldn't recall what I had previously ordered. The waiter was attentive and even created a special pasta dish for me that wasn't on the menu. It completely exceeded my expectations and surpassed my previous culinary experiences. Ciao Bella provides exceptional service from the waitstaff to the chefs. The ambiance gives off an authentic, domestic vibe, making you feel like you're dining in the hills of Toscana rather than in Romford.
My friend and I came across the excellent reviews of this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed - the food and service were fantastic in a vibrant atmosphere. Was looking for a meal before going to cinema and although been past Ciao a number of times never been in. Shame I hadn't as it turned out a winner, portion sizes large and very tasty. Huge choice and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.
