Ciao really needs to hire more waitstaff. We waited 15 minutes just to place our drink order, another 15 minutes to order our food, and it took between 30 to 45 minutes for our meals to arrive. The music in the bar area was painfully loud. The restaurant should clarify whether it wants to be a bar or an upscale dining establishment, as the two vibes do not mix well.
The food was outstanding, and the customer service was superb. Our waitress and the owner both came by several times to make sure we were satisfied, and our drink refills were prompt. The restaurant was spotless, and we enjoyed some wonderful music while we were there. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Sambucca!
The food here is amazing! You can truly savor the freshness and the attention to detail that goes into each dish. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal!

The cocktails were fantastic, and the dinner was superb. The Chicken Dijon was flavorful and tender. I really enjoyed the lemon cake for dessert!
