Ciboney is a fantastic restaurant! Their Cuban food is exceptional, and I highly recommend the Pure De Malanga — it’s absolutely delicious. The Natilla Catalana is also a must-try; it's to die for! For appetizers, they offer tasty little chunks of chicken and pork. Their chicken soup is incredible too; I love to pour it over some white rice. Plus, on Fridays and Saturdays, they feature live music, which adds to the great atmosphere!
I ordered the yellow rice with chicken (arroz con pollo) for two, and the portion size is perfect for sharing. I recommend placing your order in advance, as it takes about an hour to prepare. By the time I arrive to pick it up, it's always ready, and the food is consistently delicious!
My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant today. It was sooo good I forgot to take pictures. Our server was AMAZING, thorough and attentive. We would highly recommend and certainly will visit again when we are in town!

Absolutely excellent! This is the best Cuban cuisine in the Miami Lake, Hialeah, and PSN area. They offer a fantastic array of fresh, homemade, traditional Cuban dishes, all served with top-notch service.
My girlfriend and I regularly order from this restaurant, and they never let us down with their fresh, hot food! We've only dined in once, but the service was still excellent.
