I recently moved to Naples and had my first experience at a CiCi's. When we arrived, Philip warmly greeted us. He was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the buffet was well-stocked, even though we arrived shortly after lunch. I will definitely return. Great job, Philip and team! I wasn't sure if we were supposed to leave a tip, but the lady who cleared the tables definitely earned one—she worked incredibly hard!
I?ve been coming here for several years and it?s always good! This used to be our go to place for birthdays when my nieces and nephews were toddlers. They are now in their teens ? and now my husband and I eat here frequently. The food is always great, but the staff is exceptional! Phil is the best and all of the employees seem to take after him. Everyone is extremely friendly. Always a great time!

Best Cici’s Pizza in all the US! Hadn’t been to a location since I was a kid and the staff treated my partner and I with the utmost respect and niceness. I felt very welcomed. This review would be a solid 5 stars if it weren’t for the lack of a gluten-friendly crust option for their pizzas and noodles, which is a concern for those of us who are gluten-sensitive. The chicken wings were delicious, and I really appreciate having a salad bar!
Wow! Great service! Super friendly staff... Everyone seemed happy to be there and support all their customers with a huge smile and friendly attitude. We really enjoyed our time at this point and will definitely be again many times!

Love goes here Phil is great, even young employees very polite. Clean plant and very good pizza. We missed 2022, as we were seasonal, but hope again in 2023. Do not forget to tap the table cleaners too
