For the price point, the buffet is certainly worth it. You 're getting the same quality pizza as Dominoes but as much of it as you want. Generally, the service is good the cashiers are friendly and the servers are ready and willing to make whatever pizza you want given the toppings they have. The owner and Skyler, one of the managers, are very kind and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Like many others, I was consistently impressed by the quality of the pizza and service and dined in three times in the past two months, with my last visit before that being some 12 15 years ago. Went to this location today with my family. I have never felt more welcomed at any restaurant than I did today. The owner greeted us and was walking around making sure everyone was taken care of. He even recognized my school shirt. Personalized care and effort by his whole team was evident. They were so kind to us and we will never go to another location after this. Moms this is a clean family friendly place that is affordable and will not disappoint. Thank you so much we will be back soon!
This location is the Absolute Best! The owner Mark makes sure to greet everyone and ensure they are having the best service and environment. The staff working the pizza counter will ask you every single time if you'd like for them to make you a special pizza or if you've found your favorite. The staff cleaning tables come around frequently to clear your dirty plates so you do t have a ton stacked at your table!! 5 stars all around!! We are definitely becoming regulars here!
Fabulous customer service! The managers listen and interact with people while still getting the job done! The managers train the young staff on what real customer service is, how to work hard, how to communicate with each other and guests, and what respect is. The gameroom is all brand new and fun for the little ones! If there is a pizza you want on the line, just ask. They will get it out for you! Thank you for some awesome family time! Let’s be honest, Cicis has changed a lot since we were kids, and not for the better. However, the team at this location made me feel nostalgic and brought me back to my childhood. I was warmly welcomed by the entire staff upon arrival, and several team members checked in on me to make sure I was well taken care of. They even offered a good variety of options. I’m truly grateful for the hospitality I experienced here.
Wow! If you've ever wondered where Chick-fil-A employees go after enjoying their chicken, it's here! This Cicis location is the best I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, the restaurant is spotless, and the food is always fresh. I’ve never experienced a Cicis that compares to this one. Seriously, don’t rush to this location—you'll want to savor every moment!
The manager and staff at this restaurant truly set the standard for customer service! I dined here with my family, organized a ghost-themed night with my school, and arranged delivery for a school event. The way the employees handled each of these occasions was outstanding! Thank you for maintaining such a high level of service! The food is also fantastic!
Hands down the best dine-in experience I’ve ever had at a CiCi’s. This is the only location my husband and I go to. Management and all other staff are amazing.
