Stopped a little precooked, we were able to taste the best chipirons at the plancha, from the fresh Saint James to the plancha also with a miraculous cep sauce and a tuna tartare hmmmmm......... Everything is ultra fresh and for having discussed with the boss I even saw the chef clean the Saint James (video of the day before! Special mention to the chief obviously but also to Ben the waiter! What a welcome! Smiling, he talks about products, dishes, it's a happiness! This restaurant is authentically a pleasure, go without even thinking!!! See you soon and heart with your fingers!
