I love Cindy 's ice cream quality but literally every time I go here my order is wrong I don 't understand how. Last night they gave me the wrong order, I asked for a sundae, the cashier said whipped cream cherry okay? I said yes please add hot fudge. They call for my order it 's a cup of vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce rainbow sprinkles. I said this is not what I ordered. After some back forth they assured me it 's my order (it wasn 't, it was literally the order of the girl behind me) They basically bullied me into taking something I didn 't want to keep the line moving I guess. I truly don 't understand how this always happens especially when I don 't order anything crazy or overly mod...
My husband and I recently moved to Elkridge in late autumn, and now that spring has arrived, we've noticed a long line at this ice cream shop. We figured it must be fantastic, so we decided to check it out. We're so glad we did! The line moved quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The menu was larger than we expected, offering a wide variety of flavors and toppings. The ice cream was delicious! We will definitely be returning this summer with our family and friends.
We tried the medium cones for the first time, and everything was great! The service was excellent, the flavors were delicious, and the outdoor setup was very inviting. There were picnic tables with five seats and two benches, providing plenty of space. The shaded areas were a huge plus, especially for the summer heat! We definitely plan to return this summer!
This charming little spot is perfect for enjoying your ice fresh and cold! It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend stopping by for ice if you’re in the area.

Pleasant service from the two associates; not a fan of the softserv, seems like a low quality product and has a weird texture, more like whipped topping. Tried the brownie, as well, not good. Not for me.
Here came twice on my trip and there is a reason why the line is always on the road. Very delicious ice cream with many options at great prices. Even my dog has to enjoy his pup cup. Love it!
Cindy's is a legendary spot! Their soft serve is unmatched in the area, and the portion sizes are very generous. Even the kid's size is typically sufficient for me!
The ice cream sundae was absolutely delicious, and I would highly recommend it. This is definitely one of my favorite places to get ice cream during the summer!

Probably some of my favorite soft serve! Got it on a small waffle cone and dipped in chocolate with chocolate sprinkles!
Best soft serve around! Fast, friendly service. Often quite busy.
