To break it down: I ordered four sets of five CinnaSweeties, and each time I added a cup of frosting for $1.09. So, for four orders, that totals an extra $4.36. Normally, the price for the four orders of CinnaSweeties without frosting would be $20.76, but adding the icing should have brought the total to $25.12.
Instead, I received only one cup of frosting, which is clearly not enough for twenty pieces. I feel like I either wasn’t understood, or there’s some kind of oversight happening.
Either your team is cutting corners to save costs, or they simply aren’t paying attention to details, but this is unacceptable. I expect better service. If this isn't fixed, I’ll have to consider flagging...
I requested a 4-pack, but they sold my wife 4 individual items and were quite rude at the counter. It's frustrating when the menu options aren't honored. Clearly, this stems from poor management. My suggestion is to consider hiring a new leader. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location, and I'll be disputing the charge with my Sapphire Reserve card. Good luck.
I got the center of roll item from this Cinnabon, there is something off with it here. I have tried it from many locations but the one here is dry, not much frosting, and it seems like it has caramel and/or chocolate on it without me asking for it.Basically the center of roll is not that great here, I would go to another Cinnabon for that at least.
There was only one employee on duty when we arrived. A crowd of about 20-30 kids was waiting, and after a 30-minute wait, I was informed that I would have to wait another 20 minutes for a Cinnabon. It was unbelievable to have to pay for parking and leave without anything in hand. The service was terrible and unacceptable!

I ordered 4 Cinnabons (the 4 pack) they ripped me off, charged me for 4 individual Cinnabons. A 10 dollar difference, also more packaging! When I asked the cashier she said that they didn’t have the 4 pack. Also not fresh. Liars and cheaters. Never buying from this branch again.
My husband's favorite Cinnabon. He ordered a whole pack of it and enjoyed it. There was a live bake shop, so we got to see the making of it and had warm Cinnabon from the oven. They have churros, too. There was little wait for us to order and eat.
My pecan cinnamon bun and a regular cinnamon bun my friend ate were both undercooked! I ordered last week, don't have the receipt but we're both still ill from the portions we had before tossing it
Terrible Location! I visited this place after spending time at Nickelodeon Park, and they didn't have any Cinnabons available. The staff seemed to be wandering around without purpose.

They prefer selling individually by claiming that theh dont have the box for 4 pack, its a lie as I see the boxes . The goal is charging $5 more for each order. Dont be cheap.
