I want to apologize for the 1 star review but this was my first time ever at Cinnabon. Went in and the person seemed nice enough. Told them it was my first time in so I'd like to try the classic. There was a fresh batch the employee said they just pulled out of the oven. They looked delicious. The person behind the counter grabbed me an older one from the front. It looked dry and stuff but she microwaved the bun for a couple seconds. I thought this odd but I smiled and said thank you. Excited to try my Cinnabon hastily I dove in! Trying to cut through the shell was hard enough but my first dry stale bite really made me look at the person I was with and asked them if that's how it should be?...
The best rolls. They always have fresh and warm rolls no matter the time of day.
