After realizing they actually had coffee urns available but no fresh coffee was made, I decided to cancel my order. When I asked for a cancellation and a refund—before she had even started my order, so it wouldn’t have been disruptive—she became extremely upset and told me to leave. I requested a receipt for the refund, and she responded by saying she was “finna go off.” Eventually, she handed me a receipt showing a refund of $5.04, which was incorrect since I had been charged $10. When I pointed out the mistake, she continued to huff and puff, insisting I was being unreasonable for not simply accepting the $5 coffee while I remained calm and waited for my receipt.

I popped by while in the mall for a quick sweet! Originally I stopped by when they first opened and was told I would have to wait another hour for the rolls to be cooked. Not trying to be a stickler but one would expect the pastries to be ready to serve when the bakery opens versus an hour after opening. After doing alittle shopping I stopped by again as I headed back and the rolls were available. For rolls that cost well over $5 they were beautiful and great in size but I'd have to say I've tried ones that tasted better. Such as the grocery store. Personally I would not recommend as I've mastered homemade cinnamon rolls myself which are cheaper and tastier.
They 'll look you straight in the face and say No, you can 't buy a single roll, only a box of day old rolls when they have fresh rolls sitting there. The reason? They have just enough to box up and sell the end day and if you buy one they won 't be able to fill a whole box.
I like the taste of Cinnabons and the service was good I just think they were very overpriced because I've got a friend who can make better. But if you're in the mall and want something sweet this is the place to check out.

I was truly amazed with my experience the staff were very friendly and the cinnamon rolls were very fresh. So glad they brought it back!
The wait to be served was quite long, but I anticipated this due to the time of year. The Cinnabon rolls were fantastic, as always.
The toppings had great flavor, but the dough was undercooked. I feel like I wasted $7.17.
Too expensive for my pocketbook.
