Booked a table for 7pm. Had poppadoms and drinks etc almost straight away. Ordered our food but I don't know what happened in the kitchen but the guy who greeted us disappeared, I assume to the kitchen, leaving just one guy to serve us, answer the phone and do takeaway orders. Four takeaway customers came in after we had ordered our food and their orders were completed while we were still waiting for ours. An irate customer returned as something was missing from his takeaway order. The phone was constantly ringing with nobody answering it. The food was very good though but the constant ringing of the phone made us want to get up and leave which we did once we had eaten.
I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and specifically requested the Bulsari Salmon from the Tandoori section. However, I received a different salmon dish with a coconut creamy sauce instead of the curry flavor that I was expecting. This has happened to me before, which is disappointing because I really enjoy the tandoori flavor. Unfortunately, I am unable to email them to address this issue. Despite the mix-up with my order, the manager was very friendly and I have had enjoyable experiences dining in the restaurant in the past. It's a real shame that my recent takeaway experience was not up to par.
My niece, sister, nephew, and I arrived at 6.45pm to dine in at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food took a long time to arrive after we placed our order. When it did arrive, there was too much gravy, the shish kebabs were overcooked and burnt, and the rice was served late. Disappointed by the quality of our meals, I regret following the reviews and will not return to this restaurant. Despite our negative experience, three other diners arrived shortly after we finished our meal. I can only hope that they had a better dining experience than we did.
I have been coming to this restaurant for over a year now, and I am a big fan of Indian food. The food here has consistently been outstanding, with great customer service. They always recognize us as regular customers, and delivery is always on time. The food is incredibly tasty, especially the chicken chilli main dish and the vindaloo, which is the best I've ever had. My wife tried the Nawabi Murgh and absolutely loves it. I highly recommend this Indian restaurant. I give it a 10 out of 10. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Second time in succession they have failed to deliver on time. I asked for a refund and was told my food was on route. I then asked to speak to the manager, who was supposedly busy for the next 10 minutes. I then went to the restaurant and had to wait ten minutes to speak with him to authorise my gerund. In the meantime they brought out my delivery 50 minutes late) and as soon as they realised I was only there for a refund, he sheepishly appeared and authorised it. Steer clear!
Had evening meal with two friends. Service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The food was absolutely superb: my colleagues had Chicken Jalfrezi which they said was excellent, whilst I had their Honey Mustard Chicken . OMG!!!!!!! THE BEST CURRY I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY 60 YEARS ON THIS PLANET. I want to go back to have it again.
Booked online on their website at 3:30 pm for 6:30 the same day. When we got there said 'oh website shouldn 't be accepting bookings we are closed for a special function . Didn 't offer an alternative recommendation and didn 't accept responsibility just said 'I told the online guys '. Hopeless will never give a second chance

This is by far the best indian food around! They make everything to your request, including my strange order for madras with green chilli in! Highly recommended....
