So let me start off by saying there are 2 types of donut people...A) it's all about the actual donutB) it's all about the toppings on the donutIf you are a type A person then this is your new favorite spot. They don't have fancy donuts covered in oreos like Voodoo Doughnut but literally everything they make os absolutely amazing. From just their plain old fashions to their apple fritters. And the prices arent too crazy either. Definitely give them a try next time you're in the area.
city donuts has a really nice selection of donuts, applications, bars and frittes. there are both raised, cakes and French donuts in a series of aromen and toppings. the shop is bright, comfortable and friendly. my only criticism is that the frit is much too sweet if that is possible. everything you can taste is sugar! otherwise a great donut place.
I gave them 3 stars which is an average score because they are an average doughnut shop. Their doughnuts don 't stand out when compared to other shops in Aurora. Also my strawberry filled doughnut was mostly dough with very little filling. The filling tasted good, but they need to work on the spread of the filling. The guy who helped us seemed nice.

The donuts at this place are great! They're always fresh and available right at 6 AM. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be returning.
