After waiting 30 minutes, we checked in to see how much longer our food would take since there was only one other table that had received their meals, and a small group was playing poker and craps in the back room. To our surprise, two men who arrived after us received their food within about 10 minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes, we asked again about our order and finally received our meals after about 50-55 minutes from when we first sat down. When we asked our server why others had been served before us, she explained that it wasn't her section.
On a positive note, the omelettes, potatoes, toast, and drinks were delicious, and we were pleased with the generous portions at a reasonable...
I'm staying at a hotel next to Ruby Tuesday, and since it's so close, I often go there after my work training when I’m tired. Unfortunately, the service and food have been consistently disappointing. However, at this restaurant, the prices are lower, and the portions are larger. Today, my server Mikayla greeted me promptly and was very attentive to my needs. It's just a quick 2-minute walk from my hotel, and I'm so glad I found this place!
If you want a diner type atmosphere, this is for you. It could use some renovation, but it is the typical diner. The food was good. Our waitress was excellent. The neighborhood ladies do lunch once a month and have been here a few times. It was quiet and so much easier to talk than at a huge restaurant with zero acoustics. We will definitely go there again, and again.
Finally, a place where I can leave a good review.This place should be the blueprint for all restaurants. Great atmosphere, ample parking, large tables, low noise, huge menu, GREAT prices, LARGE portions, No Teenie bopper waitresses, NOT freezing cold in the summer time like all the other places. Fast service. Come here, you will not be disappointed.

The waitress was pitiful. She never came back until she brought the check. She brought my husband the wrong order. We told them when we left and did not leave a tip on our credit card. They took it upon themselves to put a $5 tip on our card. Will never go back. Lousy service. I must say that it looked like not all the waitresses were this bad.
This restaurant feels quite outdated, but the staff was friendly. The food was just okay. I ordered the meatball Parmesan, but there were more noodles than meatballs. I would have been better off just sticking with my clam strips appetizer. Overall, it wasn't worth the price I paid.
My second visit to the City Star family was similar to my first.It's a pretty average place, with a large menu and comfortable seating.There appear to be some regulars that eat there and I appreciate that.I did not enjoy either of the meals.
This is a wonderful diner. The food is delicious, and the service is good and very pleasant. I like the variety available. One of my favorite dinners is Mama's fried chicken. They also have an excellent liver and onions.

I've been there several times. Food was excellent, staff was friendly and quick. Never had a dish that was served or cooked wrong. Plus the cost was reasonable!
Great food, cook really knows what he's doing. Price is about right for breakfast. It seems they could be a bit friendlier but could just be the area.
