Edit: I called and had a chat with the general manager and she completely rectified the problem. Was very kind and told me that this business doesn 't stand for behavior like this and that the employees involved would be retrained. Thanks so much for following up with thoughtful customer service! I called my order in today at 12:30 for just A simple spicy sandwich. The server Dee ' Monta took my order, told me the time, 5 minutes, and I came 20 minutes after that time. When I arrived, my order was not placed. He told me he couldn 't hear me on the phone and even though I told him what I wanted and reconfirmed, he never placed the order Did he offer me a free lemonade, a bonus chicken tender...
Staff is friendly and welcoming. Gave us samples of the sauces because we weren’t sure of what flavor to pick. All sauces are house made and delicious. Let me tell you, the lemon thyme ranch is to dieee for!!I got the lemon thyme sandwich with fries. Everything was cooked to perfection. Nice crunch on the tenders and fries. The lemon thyme ranch paired well with the seasoned tenders and crunchy pickles. The fries were great to dip in the city sauce.Their house lemonade is soooo good! It reminds you of lemonade stand lemonade. So glad we stumbled across this place. When I come back to visit, I’ll most definitely will come to dine again.
The Tenders and the fries were both very good quality. The house made lemonade was delicious. I got the tenders fried in the spicy oil and my only complaint is that they were just a tad bit too spicy but they were seasoned and fried to perfection. Also the breading was great I like my tenders with a nice slight crisp. Will definitely stop by again the next time I’m in the area!
Sat here for lunch earlier today while browsing the OTRs boutiques. Everything in regards to service is super awesome, the people inside greet you with a welcoming warm smile and are polite. The sandwich is great (a little on the messy side) and the fries were delicious with a yummy parmesan topping to really make the meal outstanding. Bravo!! 10/10

Grabbed some City Bird then headed to Washington Park for lunch. It 's kinda like Cane 's as they have chicken, a City sauce and shoestring parmesean fries (unfortunately the fries were cold ? along with a lemonade. A bit disappointed! UPDATE: The manager contacted me and sent me coupons to try again...and I definitely will! Thank you!
I ordered CityBird before and got the spicy chicken, it was pretty good and was confused on the negative reviews here. However, I ordered the Buffalo sandwich today through door dash and very disappointed. Looks slapped together, barely and Buffalo sauce, and none of the ranch is on the sandwich.
I'm in freaking love with these tenders and the sauces. Was glad the OTR location is open until midnight, really should be open later. No matter when you go, the tenders are always consistent. Love every sauce lol. Oh and the fries with the Parmesan...one of those foods you never want to end.
Ok the food was good and the service was fast, the place was clean but the tenders were small. They gave me lots of salad but I recommend getting extra tenders if you get the salad. The parking was a nightmare also. But overall food was good.

I love their tenders . Always fresh. I get the 10 pack for $16. They often add an extra tender or to.Service is fast. They have a friendly crew of young people that are mature and on the ball. I recommend them. Best fast food I 've found
