I visited this restaurant to treat a friend to lunch, and I had a great experience. The service was excellent, as they were attentive and kept my iced tea filled—I'm quite the iced tea fanatic! My friend ordered a burger, while I went for a pulled pork sandwich, and both dishes were well-prepared and delicious. They also provided some flavorful BBQ sauces at the table, which was a nice touch. I accidentally left my wallet behind after saying I would pay, but they graciously allowed me to use Google Pay, which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area. As for parking, it was street parking.
We went to a friend's party where city's edge catered and the food was great. When we decided to have our own graduation party , we called City's Edge. The menu has many choices and we chose brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken with a large pan of mac and cheese, small pan of beans. coleslaw, two sauces and wonderful mini buns. The food was delivered by the nicest staff, Freddie who set us up perfectly. The food was fresh and the crowd of 50 just LOVED it!!! Some left overs but those did not go to waste. Blake is a top notch chef and his staff of Karen, Allison and Freddie were professional and friendly.
My buddies and I came here Friday night for some drinks and a quick bite before Jackass Forever. We had a great time as it's filled with locals and their families. They have a nice selection of beers and some liquor as drinking options available. After a few Jai Alai's, I ordered their burger which was good accompanied with fries cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed they so packaged goods so bringing in some Coors Light was helpful for Jackass. You can park along Devon with ease. I wished they checked for vaccination cards but they did not.
Karen and Blake were incredibly responsive and kind in taking my order from out of state for my son to pick up, as he couldn’t join us for the holidays due to the surge in the pandemic. Their readiness to assist and accommodate my request exceeded my expectations. This truly reflects the spirit of caring for one another during these challenging times. I want to extend a huge thank you to Karen and her staff for a fantastic evening at City’s Edge last night during the Edgebrook Sauganash Installation Dinner. The food, service, drinks, and ambiance were all exceptional. Additionally, congratulations on joining the ESCOC Board of Directors, Karen!
This restaurant is fantastic! I really enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is great too. It's a family-friendly place, and the owner, Blake, goes above and beyond to ensure that every visit is a delightful experience.
Great food, kind of heavy, but still good. I visit here every month or so and the food is very consistent. One time our waitress was distracted and forgot our drinks but other than that this restaurant is great.Food: 5/5
It's just a local bar, but they do it really well. Half of the patrons who walked in were greeted by name, which shows the friendly atmosphere. The tacos are also exceptionally well made. Food rating: 4/5. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I tried a pork taco and a brisket taco, and both were excellent. However, the brisket taco was absolutely fantastic! Food rating: 5/5.
