beautiful clean environment. unfortunately our server took awhile and in the did another server took our drink and then our food order. it was not awfully busy, but obviously overwhelming for our server. due to the backup server, however, the total rating is 4/5. Portions are fair for the price and eating was good. I will return. as someone who went to the claim jumper in laguna hills brings back loving memories about in the 80s-this restaurant.
The service was very good however there were 6 of us and not one liked the food. Mash potatoes seemed instant and very very dry and the chicken was soggy that was my meal however everyone else said their meal was not good either. we actually left more food on the table than we ate. very disappointed.
our server robert was excellent! he seemed to know what we needed before we did it! the food was delicious and the drinks on the happy hour menu were very delicious! we celebrated my man's birthday and we were very glad that he chose the claim jumpers for his birthday dinner!
we all enjoyed our meals and the service was very good. the chairs were quite uncomfortable when we sat in buckets! they got a kind of shaky over the years, and the sitting area is pretty saggy! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was excellent. Love the new lobster BLT sandwich and the appitizer with variety of food.... was really good. Atmosphere was great and service was great as well . Great experience for sure
the food was delicious, the restaurant like all others has the problem not enough waiting staff. ours were friendly, polite and attentive.
