There are unprecedented chords and flavours that bring us in a finesse and a delicacy without that. a huge bravo to the starred chef yoann amado (who would be without pretention a second star) and to the new cheffe pastry juliette bonnard whose desserts were of absolute and memorable precision. this passage in this magical place will undoubtedly become an inequable annual...
a kitchen that honors French cuisine. a big moment with a careful service. In the preamble, we have tasted aperitif, lilt and champagne. Not so common when it's in the glass. a cause and here, thanks to the covid, I left with the map which will allow me attached, to detail the dishes ordered and tasted. All the dishes were perfect. deserves a detour.
the restaurant is located in a small center and the world seems to revolve around the same . very well-kept location the menu a feast for the palate. I took a fisherman's frog, a fish that I appreciate very much, and I was excited about it. Another commensal said that the pigeon was the best he ever tasted. All accompanied by a great wine.
