Claudine's new location offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their menu features distinctive homestyle Maritime dishes that are unique to the Fredericton area. No matter if I've visited for business meetings, a meal with friends, or a family outing, I have consistently enjoyed wonderful experiences and felt truly welcomed. I highly recommend trying their brunch menu or their seafood chowder.
Claudine's is undoubtedly the best breakfast spot in the city! If you're a fan of eggs benedict, this is definitely the place to visit! The food is fantastic, and the service is exceptional. Their new location on the south side is gorgeous and welcoming! Claudine's is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious meals in Fredericton!
First time going to Claudine’s new placement on Dondonald Street!! All I can say if you haven’t been there yet, GO! Amazing food, great location, beautiful inside and definitely East Coasts best comfort food! Absolutely loved it! And will be back again! Such an amazing big change well worth it!
Tried this spot for the first time yesterday. I gotta day, we were impressed. The menu has an extensive selection of seafood dishes as well as all day breakfast. Love the new location, the decor was appealing and welcoming. The new menu choices were great. The food was amazing and fresh, we tried the California club and it was very good. The restaurant was full capacity and the servers were on top of their game! We'll be back soon!
One of our most cherished places for breakfast in Fredericton. Tons of options and the most amazing staff. Everything comes with a smile and if you want... a belly laugh. We are lucky in Fredericton to have a spot where so much care and creativity goes into your meal!
My husband I had our anniversary dinner here last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had seafood I must say it was the tastiest and freshest seafood I've had. I would fully recommend! Great food and awesome service! We are definitely repeat customers!!

Love the new restaurant, the service is second to none and the food is delicious!! Would suggest trying the Eggs Benedict and their homemade pies, one of my favorites is the coconut cream !!
