We were staying in the local area to attend a family wedding. We booked a table at the Clos Bleu the night before the wedding. We had a wonderful evening on the terrace. We tried to speak French and the staff were kind and politely supported us with their much better English. We had a great meal I had frogs' legs with garlic butter and then salmon my husband also had salmon but started with a salad (less adventurous! . We share a recommended bottle of wine which was delicious. The staff were excellent and attentive and polite and helpful faultless really. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend.
We were staying for one night in village as part of a tour of Pyrenees and were so lucky to have found this restaurant just down the road . We had the set menus which at 21€and 26€ were such good value .There were 4 courses in each and between these we were given 3x complimentary bouche. We had half bottle of a lovely bordeux with this meal ..We spent over 2 hours in this delightful restaurant with such a relaxed atmosphere and nothing too much trouble .
We came here as it’s one of the only restaurants in the area and after reading the reviews we were really excited! We ordered from the set menu (this is only in French but they helped us translate and that’s what phones are for) and it was lovely! We were there for a few hours, ordered wine, I loved the cheese tray. Excellent from start to finish!
Staying in the local area and decided to lunch at the restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food choices extensive. All the food was well cooked and presented and the addition of the amuse bouche was most unexpected but added to the experience. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends
