Close Encounters Banquet Room

This place was a disaster. Our rehearsal dinner was totally ruined. Although the food was good, the place was dirty, the tables were not set with wine glasses. When the glasses came out, they were dirty. The place roch. The staff smoked in the kitchen and the beer and the wine were warm. The guests served and cleaned dishes from the tables. I asked myself to talk to the owner and said he would call me back. After ruining our party, he never had the courtesy of returning my calls. We were embarrassed to have chosen this place
