Legendary garlic steak sandwiches, fried ravioli and zucchini. Oh, yeah, the chocolate skirt and the fried cheese cake for dessert are supposed to die. I was regularly at lunch and dinner 35 years ago, but was not back since I left the state. Visit all the way from New Hampshire. West Sac has changed, but the restaurant hasn't. Not unusual, and somehow stuck in a time warp, but still served an amazing meal. Hostess named Joyce made my wife and I feel especially on a busy Friday night. Our server, Dina, was promptly professional and polite. The whole staff is like a large loving, hard-working family. Good old fashion service. Reservations recommended.
Classic Italian cuisine. Club Pheasant is a classic that is celebrated 75 years! Homemade ravioli, and these are not sissy ravioli, they are wonderful. And I'll put the Americans in Italian American cuisine. They serve a dish of beef Hamburger-Patty, pollinated with American cheese, covered with ravioli and marinara sauce! Don't knock it until you try it! Oh... and the fillet Mignon Steak sandwich on butter garlic bread... yeah.
Dinner was amazing. The housemade ravioli was so tender. They make 8,000 per week of these delicacies!!! The 6 layer lasagna, the house specialty baked chicken, the FRESH green beans, the bread that was perfumed with garlic but didn't overpower the palate. But the surprise of the night...besides the fact that they actually DON'T serve pheasant....the FRESH Lima beans! Who KNEW they would be so good! What a treat tonight was!!!
I love the P CLUB!!!. Great place and great atmosphere... Be there forever and you can always get a nice stiff drink and a great lunch or dinner. If you are a 1st timer, try the world-famous Garlic Steak Sandwich and order a Fried Raviloi as a starter... Portions are huge, so bring a friend and your appetite. Large family square and you will see generations of families who love this place. Enjoy your meal!

Great local place to visit, whether it be for a drink in the bar, which offers full menu service, or a nice sit-down Italian meal. My go-to is the steak sandwich. I love their fried raviolis too!
