I visited this restaurant with my wife, our baby, and my mother-in-law on a spontaneous whim before our trip to Costco, and I'm really glad we did. We were greeted promptly and shown to a booth in the bar area. Our server, who seemed to be the owner or manager, took excellent care of us. The drinks were fantastic. My wife and mother-in-law tried the escargot and raved about it. I started with the hot wings, which, as a wing enthusiast, impressed me. They had a nice crispiness, and the hot sauce was a genuine Buffalo-style. My only complaint was that I wished the wings were larger, but I understand that sourcing big ones can be challenging these days. That said, the portion size was generous....
I have had dinner at this location multiple times and the experience is great! Friendly and efficient service with a smile. Most recently, Haileigh was always ready to help and was very accommodating to my wife and I. We loved talking with her about our plans for the evening and she gave recommendations for things we could do in the area. By far our favourite server we’ve had here. The food was great although there could be a bit more steak on the steak sandwich. The wings are spectacular. Overall the service was amazing and the food is very good. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a date spot or somewhere to watch the game.
What a fantastic place for birthday parties and brunches! My daughter just celebrated her 10th birthday, and she wanted to play mini-golf at Putting Edge while also enjoying brunch with her friends. Luckily, Hard Stones Grill is conveniently located right next to the mini-golf, so we made a reservation there. My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time! From the moment we walked in, we felt truly special and welcomed. The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable!
I had to wait for tires to be installed at Costco and found this amazing hidden gem in Ottawa. Karen served us, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The menu selection was a delight to choose from, such fusion and variety. Was a challenge to make a choice. Ashley is the chef and takes cooking as an art. Excellent presentation and quality of food. Today, my family and I had dinner at this restaurant for the first time, and I can’t express enough how incredible the food was and how wonderful the atmosphere felt. Our host, James, was delightful and really attentive to the kids; he even surprised them with goodies after dinner. They were thrilled, and we all savored every bite of our delicious meals. If I could, I would give it 10 stars! I highly recommend this place.
Fast, friendly service, restaurant booth were very clean, waitress was very attentive. I ordered the delicious Caesar Salad coffee, my daughter ordered a chicken pasta dish cheesecake for dessert. Every was served promptly and prices were very reasonable. Always enjoy going to Hard Stones..
It was our 1st time there and it was very good. We were celebrating Valentine's Day since we are both working on the 14th. My husband had the 3 meat pizza and loved it. I had the wild salmon and it was delicious. Service was great! Would definately recommend and we will be going back.
Update July: Change in management! Amazing difference in service and atmosphere, and STILL 5$ pints and cold bottles of beer! Now actually served with a smile! Update May 01: LIZ has quit now. Thats 14 staff come and gone in April. Owner must REALLY not care anymore. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
What a great place for a pint and a meal! I come here often, the staff and food are great especially Kevin and Simon!! They make you feel feel your amoung friends!
