I've given this restaurant three chances, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing! The staff is slow and never seems to want to resolve issues. I arrived 30 minutes early, placed my order, and still didn’t receive all my food together. It took 40 minutes into the movie for me to finally get everything, and I had to go retrieve it myself, carrying a large tray back to my seat and missing part of the film. The female bartender was rude and incredibly slow. When I asked for my drinks, she suggested I get them from the concession stand just to get me out of her way. By the time I got to concessions, my movie had already started, and after waiting 5-10 minutes, I was told I had to...
Went here for the first time tonight. Our movie was at 6:00, but they start seating at 5:30. It wasn't crowded and we order right after finding our seats. Water came.... Then food...but not our wine. After waiting for quit a while, and after the movie started, I went to inquire. I was told the bar service can take a while. Okay, sat.....waited....i had already paid with gratuity.... Nothing. So I went out again, went to the bar, and a server found one of our glasses of wine sitting there but not the other. I got the glasses of wine after waiting on the bar tender and went back to the movie... Never saw the server again. No apologies. It's a fairly premium price, so I would at least expect an...
However, after we requested condiments and napkins, we never received them. We waited for our server to return, but he never came back. Unfortunately, we didn't see him or anyone else for the rest of our meal. Thankfully, I had some wet wipes in my purse. Since the movie had already started, we didn't want to get up and look for assistance, so we ended up eating our burgers as they were. If we had known that our server would disappear, I assure you he wouldn’t have received a tip.
A friendly tip for others: make sure to catch your server's name before they leave with your food, as it seems unlikely you’ll see them again!
They canceled the showing of our movie as well as multiple other movies because of a technical issue without contacting any customers about it. The customers of the 3:15pm, 6:00pm and 10:00pm showing of Barbie all found out their movie had been canceled via a sign on the door of the theater. Refunded tickets but nothing for the Uber I paid for to get to the theater. Have watched 20+ people (many dressed up) walk up to the door of the theater with their date or family only to turned away because they couldn’t even be bothered to contact their customers.

This is a fantastic place for a date night, as it's located in a plaza where you can relax and enjoy some time together afterward. I tried the chicken bowl based on a recommendation; it was a bit on the sweet side for my taste, but overall, it was quite enjoyable. However, I wouldn't say it was worth the $22 price tag. The fries, priced at $10, were definitely not worth it—I'd skip those if I were you. On the bright side, the theater was clean, the food was served quickly, and the service was excellent.
The theater itself is decent, but if you're looking for a complete experience that includes food, it falls short. They were out of half the items on the menu, and I ended up not eating at all. The ordering process was frustrating—first, you order at the counter, then you wait for your food to be delivered to your seat, only to discover that there's a server taking orders right at your seat as well. After an hour into the movie, I was still waiting for my cocktail. Overall, it was a chaotic experience.
My boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy a movie date without spending too much money, so we went on Tuesday when ticket prices are lower. The reclining seats are absolutely worth the hype! However, they do squeak a bit, which made me feel guilty every time I adjusted my seat during the film. Choosing to buy discounted tickets made us feel more comfortable about ordering food. While the prices for food and drinks are on the high side—like in all theaters—we definitely plan to come back!
We went here recently to see the new Mission impossible movie. I was surprised at how good the food was. I got the chicken sandwich and my husband got the popcorn chicken and shrimp, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The drinks were so so, next time I will just order a glass of wine. It looked like some people were having trouble with the service, but our service was very good! The screen was big and the seats were comfortable. Overall a good time and I would definitely go back.

This is one of the nicest theaters I've ever been to. It's very upscale with excellent customer service. You can enjoy well-prepared meals and drinks while watching a movie. The seating is comfortable and reclines, and waitstaff bring all the food and drinks directly to your seat. It is on the higher end, but I'm happy to pay for the quality service.
Best cream leather reclining seats I have ever been! So beautiful and spacious inside.Movie was a bit loud for our ears. We saw Elemental.
