I often visit coco, but near the burquitlam station one. Today is the first time I visited this location. But the service is sooooo bad! I ordered coco Mike tea with crystal pearls, but they made me with pearls. And when I drove back, the one who made it was so rude and didn’t say sorry until I asked her to. She also didn’t have a good attitude when I ordered it. I feel really disappointed about her. When I came back, another guy helped me to deal with this problem. She just hide behind him and didn’t say anything at all! She gave me a very rude feeling and her facial expression was weird. I was disappointed with the quality of the bubble tea. The cups were not transparent, so I couldn't see the drink inside. It seemed like they skimped on the ingredients, as the taro color was barely purple and lacked flavor. I paid $7.50 for a drink with barely any pearls and was surprised that they didn't include ice cream in their slushes. The service was lacking as well. The girl who helped me was very quiet and seemed annoyed when I didn't tip. She threw away my receipt without asking and claimed they were out of paper, which turned out to be false. It is illegal to refuse a receipt when requested, and she should be educated on that. Overall, I was highly disappointed with my experience...

Coco has the best pearls out of any bubble tea shop in the lower mainland. Heres why:They have the perfect consistency of being firm but not hard. Not soft, chewy, and sticky like many other bubble tea shops. They absorb the flavour of the drink. They don’t have that weird gooey outer layer that many pearls have. Yes, they don’t have brown sugar like xing fu tang but that’s a different kind of pearl, we’re not comparing apples to oranges here.As for the drinks themselves:Some of the drinks are good too but nothing too special
