The first thing your eyeballs are against the enticing cakes, muffins and pastries behind the smudgy, well illuminated display case. Their next sensory impacts come from the disappearing upholstery on humble semicircular stands, mucky black carpet, and all Shabby (but surely NOT Chic) furniture. Years ago, I got a date for a late night of coffee and cake. The only change? ve in place since removed a long meter and row of low-risk stools. I came with my son for last year and half on Wednesday after school for early dinner. Gina, our waitress is amazing!! Knows our drinks, and for the most part we can guess what we have for dinner and dessert this day. Pretty incredible! Good food, good people and good music!! All the big 80's-90's!! Remember... free cake Wednesday! If you have a chance, come in and let Gina take care of you and yours. They won't be disappointed.
Visited for a quick breakfast today and was not disappointed with the experience. I was greeted promptly and server was very attentive. Breakfast was delicious very reminiscent of a Perkins or Bakers Square if you live in the Midwest. I did note that the servers were not wearing masks I did not knock off a star for this because it?s technically not required in Phoenix but it?s something to be aware of.
I stopped by this restaurant for a quick breakfast today and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and the service was attentive. The breakfast reminded me of a Perkins or Bakers Square back in the Midwest. I did notice that the servers were not wearing masks, which was a bit concerning since it is not technically required in Phoenix. Overall, a good breakfast spot with friendly service.
I'm 11 years old and this place was amazing. The waitress and waitress really ate nice and good in terms of customer service. But the food was very VERY and I mean it, AMAZING. The bacon was crispy, the eggs, where fluffy, and the French toast was delicious. Everything around the best place to eat breakfast. (also the lady who served me was very nice, she asked ne my class etc.).
We had a well enjoyed brunch time meal. The service was friendly and the food was good. I had pancakes with my meal and they were light, fluffy and tasteful with out tasting like batter. The best I have tasted in a long time.
This place was great until she pulled me a steak out of the freezer and made it good. She still said it well, but never said it was precooked. Which restaurant in its strict mind does that. I'm sorry, but that was terrible.
We had a great brunch experience at this restaurant. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered pancakes and they were light, fluffy, and flavorful. They were the best pancakes I have had in a long time.
I had the grilled ham with four cheeses on sourdough with Coleslaw and Pepsi. For dessert, Dutch apple pie. The sandwich and pie were terrific. I prefer sweet coleslaw and their's was not but it was still pretty good.
