While I was there, I also ordered Fried Shrimp and Chips, Steamed Scallops with Vegetables, Chicken and Waffles, and sides of Mac and Cheese, Collard Greens, Banana Pudding, and a few slices of Lemon Cake (which my son had been raving about—and for good reason!). The food was excellent. One thing I appreciated was that the dishes weren’t overly salty. The half-and-half (a mix of Lemonade and Tea) and the Lemon Cake weren’t too sweet, which I enjoyed. The Collard Greens were made with turkey, and you could really taste it; the Mac and Cheese was cheesy without being salty. This is great news for those concerned about high blood pressure.

I was in the mood for shrimp and happened upon this restaurant. I placed an order for jumbo shrimp along with an extra serving of shrimp. When I arrived, I parked in the plaza lot and walked inside. The woman at the counter asked for my name and confirmed that my order was ready. I noticed that they had chocolate cake, my all-time favorite, so I couldn't resist adding a slice to my meal. The total came to just over $32. Once I got into the car and dug into my food, I was pleased to find that everything was delicious. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned to my liking, and the broccoli was a pleasant surprise. The chocolate cake was also incredibly moist and flavorful. I will definitely be return...
5 STARS! Everything about this place was exceptional, from the delicious food and overall cleanliness to the reasonable prices and the friendly staff. After a long day at work when I didn’t feel like cooking, I was in search of a fresh meal, and Ms. Coco delivered perfectly. The menu offered a wide variety of options suitable for my family, which includes two picky toddlers. They absolutely adore the mac and cheese! It’s our go-to choice for takeout night. Without a doubt, it’s the best seafood in the Poconos!
I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese for $17.50 and a side of Okra for $4.25 through UberEats. Unfortunately, the Okra was bland and soggy, and the Mac and Cheese seemed to contain either imitation crab or lobster. I expected to get 100% real lobster for that price, but it appeared to be a mix of 50% real and 50% imitation. Additionally, the Mac and Cheese was overcooked and greasy. I was quite disappointed with the meal overall.

A family member told me about coco?s and I had to mosy on by and WOW. the catfish was delicious, the lobster Mac was fantastic l, and even the sides were on point. I know where I?m going now for my weekly cheat meal from the gym! Also, her customer service is truly something, she brought it out to my car when I had to take a work call, Coco?s fresh fish market is a must stop don?t delay!
Ms. Coco is warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. Everything we ordered was hot and delicious: the snapper and fries, seafood combo and chips, onion rings, collard greens, potato salad, and salmon croquettes with grits. It’s definitely worth the trip from Bethlehem. I will be returning time and again.

The food was amazing! I had fried fish and shrimp alongside the lobster mac and cheese, and everything was delicious. The prices were quite reasonable, and the staff members were incredibly friendly. I think I'm going to become a regular here!
