WE love this magnificent stately hotel, with its wonderful spacious bedrooms with great views of Trinity inlet, close to the pier, the lagoon, I fact close to just about everything in Central Cairns, don't just take my word for it, they are hosting the Scottish Rugby World Cup team for a couple of weeks. I had the best breakfast this morning, including made to order Crepes and omelettes, smoothes and a squeeze your own special breakfast juice. We are locals and regulars at this hotel, and we know from experience that the staff and management always try to go that extra mile.
I staying last night. Everything was great, comfortable bed staff pleasant. Unfortunately I could not eat in the restaurant as it was booked out. When my car was brought up, I got in it smelt like cigarettes. I’m sure nobody actually smoked in it but the person that brought it up must have smoked prior to driving so the smell went through the air conditioner.
Had a conference in Cairns and from all accounts the Pullman was the place to stay. What a great choice! From check in to check out the whole experience was excellent. Friendly and attentive staff, great food, very comfy rooms and perfect location. Well done PCI!
Friendly staff the room was nice and the breakfast we had was excellent, there was a great selection of food and things that were suppose to be hot were, not like another 5 star hotel in Cairns where we stayed. Would defiantly stay again

Beautiful Hotel... great location; friendly, attentive staff; and a sensational restaurant with an abundance of top quality food. All round great place (and a fantastic place for us to take a well-earned vacation).
We were only there overnight, but he service was great and the room was great as well. We stayed in the Mountain View room great. will definitely go back for another stay.
What a magnificent Hotel. Highly recommend. Breakfast has so much variety. Staff are always helpful. We had Xmas lunch here. Could not fault this hotel.
Luxury just the best of the best Conferences Weddings or small events you won’t be disappointed and it’s close to the CBD and our Casino !

First High Tea ever for me, and I say wow that was amazing. Credit to the patisserie staff and team well done I fully recommend it.
