I would like to start by mentioning that they only offer two tasting menus, one for €75 and the other for €95. It is evident that they have reduced the menus since in other opinions they are seen from €35 and more varied. The service is impeccable and attentive. The dishes are well prepared, with a multitude of presentations and flavors, no lack of technique. Unfortunately the gastronomic experience has not convinced me. this restaurant is a first class location in cadiz if you want to eat. the presentation and taste of the dishes is simply great. besides great food, tasteful weine are available, and also the look of the restaurant are special. the waiter finished the overall picture with their attention, advice and pleasant interaction. we had a great new year dinner here with their cooking menu. the best fine food we have found so far in cadiz. excellent service and prepared dishes. the oil that was made from fish during the Roman period was fantastic. it is an experience and a reason to dress up and go for a special tasty bite.
wonderful restaurant and wonderful total experience. we went here at high time and were very impressed. great staff and delicious food. it really deserves a Michelin star and we are sure that they get it. proud to this type of restaurant in cádiz city
