Wörtlich reiste in Sydney, um diesen Kaffee zu probieren, nachdem er gehört hatte, dass es der beste Kaffee in Sydney war. Sie liefern Bohnen in vielen Cafés in Sydney. Von außen war es ein altes Fabrikgebäude. Interieur war grundlegend, kein Ort, an dem ich lange Zeit hängen werde. Der Service war schnell, aber nicht sehr persönlich, weil es so beschäftigt war. Kummer Kummer Ich habe den Latte bestellt und es war das denkwürdigste an alle Kaffee. Die Säure schneidet durch den Reichtum der Milch und bringt das Aroma des Kaffees heraus. Es hatte einen deutlichen Karamellaroma und eine kleine Bitterkeit. Würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, es zu versuchen.
Ich habe gerade am Montagmorgen für einen Takeaway an einem Feiertag abgesetzt, auf dem Weg, um meinen Ehemann ein Asthma-Reliefspray zu bekommen (wie der lokale Chemiker um 8 Uhr morgens eröffnet). Literally travelled across Sydney to try this coffee after hearing it was the best coffee in Sydney. They supply beans to many cafes across Sydney. From the outside, it was an old factory building. Interior was basic, not a place that I will hang around for a long period of time. Service was fast but not very personalised because it was so busy. I ordered the latte and it was the most memorable one of all coffees. The acidity cuts through the richness of the milk and brings out the aroma of the coffee. It had a distinct caramel flavour and little bitterness. Would definitely recommend trying.
Just dropped off for a takeaway in a holiday Monday morning, on our way to get my husband an asthma relief spray (as the local chemist opens at 8am). The best decaf I have ever had (so safe for breastfeeding my girl later lol) and order Steve a FW as usual. Love their display of all the beans roasted and purchased a high-altitude Columbian Variety for home espresso. Love the roaster who has provided good advice for our bean selection. I went for the cold brew with milk and I absolutely loved it. So much so, I ordered two. I do not do that very often. A little sweet and perfect on a hot day. Coffee Alchemy is located is an industrial neighbourhood and you could hear the noise from the construction work nearby. The cold drip I had was not really great either. Disappointing.
