My twin brother, Stephen, and I were on the other side of the River Mersey when we stumbled upon Coffee Aroma while waiting for the pubs to open. What a fantastic discovery! The interior was clean and tidy, with cozy decorations and furnishings, and there were plenty of seating options both inside and outside the cafe. We decided to sit outside on a hot morning. A friendly staff member took our order for cappuccinos, which were served piping hot and in excellent condition. We relaxed, enjoyed our delicious coffee, and planned our day ahead. We had an absolutely amazing afternoon tea at Cafe Aroma, enough food to probably feed 8 of us even though we were 4 : there was so much here, delicious sandwiches, scrumptious savouries, I particularly likes the pork pies and their was a veggie alternative too. Then the cakes.... omg the carrot cake. And the chocolate cheesecake was truly delicious. I cannot reccomend this afternoon tea enough, ridiculously good value as well.

Great breakfast spot! Arrived early and it was already bustling with customers. The service and food were both top-notch. The restaurant was clean, warm, and had a friendly atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic little place.
A warm welcome and an amazing choice of meals and cakes. A good selection of gluten free and dairy free, as the wife has an allergy. Happy to recommend this hidden gem
