Disappointing! I visited Café XYZ with good expectations, but the experience was far below expectations. Service was incredibly slow, despite the space being almost empty. The employees seemed inattentive and unhelpful, making it necessary to call them several times to ask for something as simple as a glass of water. The food also left a lot to be desired. I ordered a cappuccino that arrived almost cold, with poorly made foam and a strange taste, as if the milk had burned. I know there isn't much variety in the area, but I can't recommend this place at all. Terrible service, I regret not saying anything. Two ciders were ordered, the process was: there were no glasses so the girl who served us decided to wash them with the hot water that comes out of the coffee machine to dry and go to the tap to pour the cider... terrible, terrible, terrible. I don't know if the management has changed, but this is not what it was. It took another 45 minutes to make our toast, which then went to the wrong table. It's sad, rude employees with bad faces, they don't know if there are certain types of food, I've been charged different prices. I'm glad it's closed, it really should close.
