Coffee House And Deli Croxley Green

I visited the coffee shop at this morning, I ordered an extra hot coffee. The lady behind the counter heated my milk, then proceeded to grab my hand and press the hot container against it asking if it was hot enough! I trust it’s...not usual practice to burn your customers, I couldn’t believe it! To add insult to injury she then started to Lecture me, telling me That extra hot coffee doesn’t taste nice! I happen to enjoy my coffee extra hot and have never had a problem elsewhere. I don’t expect to be assaulted buying my morning coffee!

Second visit. Pretty much as the first. Almost no communication from staff whilst waiting for service. It’s if you’re bothering them by ordering a coffee. Chat? You’d be lucky. Coffee plonked on the counter on both occasions without a thank you or good bye. Shame...as the coffee is good.

If you're hungry and love great coffee there's no better place to go in Croxley and Rickmansworth than Coffee House and Deli ... the service is excellent and go the extra mile making sure you get the perfect coffee

Hi well done the girls who work so hard there . My friend really likes your hot chocolate with cream it’s not sickly like others are . My coffee is lovely with hot milk as well thank you

The coffee, food and service was impeccable! I came to the shop for lunch with my friend and had the curried butternut squash soup. It was honestly the nicest soup I’ve ever had.
