Coffee#1 Ledbury - Tisch reservieren

My husband and I visited Coffee #1 in Ledbury today. There was a long queue, but only one staff member, named Edie, who was handling everything with politeness and efficiency. Despite the wait, most customers were understanding, except for one who seemed to be in a rush and was complaining. Edie remained calm and handled the situation well. We were very impressed by her professionalism and grateful for making our coffee experience pleasant. We frequent Coffee #1 often and another staff member, Kerry, is also always polite and calm. Their service truly makes a difference.

How things can change up or down last year this was a great coffee bar, well trained excellent staff, perfect coffee and a super atmosphere. Last week was just about one of the worst coffee stops ever. Rubbish coffee in paper cups made by staff who just did not seem to care. It is not difficult to make decent coffee why do so many chains just not get it !! ?? They expect us to pay good money for rubbish service, OK well just vote with your feet. Won't be here again.

I absolutely adore the staff at this restaurant. They are always very polite! The variety of cakes they offer, including gluten-free options, is fantastic. The restroom facilities are well-maintained, and there is free wifi available.

I'm sorry, but waiting in line for 15 minutes just to place an order is not acceptable. This was not the experience I used to have at this restaurant. I will not be returning in the future.

Coffee is good if you can get it. Been in twice this week and both times had to queue back to the entrance, so the second time we left. Only one person serving at 9.0 am?
