The service at this restaurant was fantastic, with a smiling staff. We met Gurdip, the manager, who was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. He went above and beyond to assist us, despite still being in restrictions. The conversation we had with him was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We enjoyed a lovely coffee and a delicious, fresh cake. Gurdip showed concern for my mother, who was not feeling well, and even helped my daughter and me get assistance from the security staff in Touchwood. We will definitely be returning to this coffee lounge, as the prices are very reasonable. Can't wait to visit again soon!
This is only a small restaurant but has a reasonable selection of filled rolls, Cakes hot beverages. Clearly popular, we only found seats at the far end by the Lift. Our order of Cake, tea hot sausage roll came in timely fashion but not before we were dismayed at the tatty seats we had to sit on. This was compounded by a chipped milk jug when our order arrived. The adjacent lift is frequently used so it’s also not a relaxing place to sit. It’s redeeming factor was that the Cake, the sausage roll the tea were all very nice, however with the wide choice at nearby locations I won’t be sitting at this one very soon.
Coffee#1 is a nice place, but unfortunately I don't think I will be going there anymore. There is a blonde lady who is around 55/60 years old and she is very rude. She behaves rudely all the time and it's unclear if she only acts this way towards me and my friends because we are foreigners, or if she is like this with everyone. For example, once I asked her for a cappuccino, a word that I believe is internationally known, and she made me repeat it 3 times as if she didn't understand. At that point, I decided to leave and go to Costa instead. The other staff members are all nice and friendly.
This was our first time visiting this restaurant, as our usual go-to cafes were busy. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious cakes and coffee. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only drawback was the location, situated on the main pathway to the carpark. Additionally, the layout of the café placed us near the lift. Despite these minor inconveniences, the quality of the food will definitely bring us back in the future.

We came in here for a quick coffee before heading to the car and it was quite busy but got served quickly. The girl took my money and said she would bring the drinks over. After about 15 minutes we had to go and remind her as she seemed to have forgotten. I noticed a few people going up to chance their order. A relaxing drink turned into an unnecessary hassle.It’s a shame because this is in a prime location.
I went in for a coffee and to make a feed for my 8 week old baby. I was having difficulties using my WiFi for an important Whatsapp conversation and Karan immediately noticed. He came over and turned on his mobile’s personal hotspot for me to use his internet. He left his mobile on my table until I was finished. It was so lovely that there are such kind people in the world. He really made my day! Thank you!
We have used the Coffee Lounge on numerous occasions and have always been happy with the food and service( you are always made to feel like a valued customer). The only problem is that it is quite small so you could have a problem getting a seat but it is worth the wait. Some of the fillings of the baguettes are unusual but very tasty. A good meal especially if you are in a hurry.
Out of all the coffee shops ended up here. Great disappointment. Slow, worst mocha I have ever tasted. Cake was clearly days old, dry and hard in places. Badly presented with the icing separating. Would not recommend, awful.

Won’t be visiting coffee lounge again. Most unfriendly ladies ever serving, rude and abrupt. Shame I had already asked for sandwich to have been toasted as would have left otherwise. Costa next time...
Coffee was ok, but slow service and the area is busy with all the foot traffic going to the lifts and stairs to the car park.
