So this is what I’m resorting to, shaming him on social media for bad customer service and horrible customer relations. If we were planning on rescheduling a party there, we’re not now. He cashed the check Jan 16, the day after he got it. The party was cancelled on March 16. We personally talked to him Apri 3 to see where the check was. We attended a banquet at this restaurant, and overall it was an enjoyable experience. The food was delicious. However, we did encounter some long waits in line several times while they replenished the empty food trays. Additionally, they ran out of pitchers for drinks.
The food and atmosphere at Colarusso's Lapalazzo are outstanding. We've hosted several family events here, including a 100th birthday celebration, and it has always exceeded our expectations!
