I went here with some friends because they couldn’t believe I had not tried it. The employee was closing the door and locking up at 8pm, despite the signs clearly saying it closed at 10pm. He had poor customer service, it seemed a frustration to...him that four of us wanted to order ice-creams. The ice-cream was nice and there were lots of flavours to chose from but the ‘mix-ins’ were very expensive for what you got and they were very poorly smashed and mixed in. This was my first experience at Cold Rock because my friends raved about it but I’m happy not to go back.
I took the family here on a really busy Saturday, and was a little surprised to see that they were not doing a great trade, despite the heat. While the ice cream was typical Cold Rock standard, the staff were less than enthusiastic. We were...the only ones in the place, but we copped attitude because we spent a couple of minutes looking at the selection before stepping up to order. If Baskin Robbins opened a store next door this place would go under in a heartbeat. Get some new staff, Cold Rock.
The service was quick, even though we were preoccupied with enjoying the six delicious flavors. Outdoor seating and tables are also offered. The staff was friendly and accommodating as we took our time deciding on our orders. Complimentary tastings are available.
I visited recently for a treat. Very friendly service from the staff member. Cold Rock has some really amazing ice cream and other treats that will tickle your fancy. I would like to try their ice cream cakes for the kids birthday parties.

Cold Rock's innovative serving of ice-cream with your selection of added on tasty treats is a fun spot for all the family. Would certainly recommend to spoil yourself with an ice-cream treat.
A delicious way to end a busy day. Staff weren't that friendly not that good with kids when we were their, not patient at all. Ice cream was perfect , just a pity about the staff.
While not the most nutritious option, this restaurant is great for a special event. The kids had a blast! I'm undecided on whether I would return.
Busy Saturday night and service was quick had plenty of staff for service and as always did not disappoint .. not a lot of seating outside tho

Yummy yummy yummy! Awesome ice cream and delightful staff as well a patient as I pick my favourite toppings!
