The ice cream is very rich and tasty. A little more expensive than Mannings, I think, but that's okay. I tasted a little bit of their oreo and actually really liked it too (never had oreo ice cream from any other place that didn't gross me out). Only thing I'd change is maybe play some music (family friendly obvs) in the store? It just felt a little blah when I first walked in and I think something is missing in the overall atmosphere. The lady at the counter was very friendly too.
I visited this restaurant today, and overall, I had a great experience. The food was delicious, and the staff were really friendly. However, I did find a black hair in my ice cream. At first, I wiped my spoon with a napkin and continued eating, but unfortunately, I found another hair a couple of spoonfuls later. At that point, I decided to just throw it out.
I don't understand the negative reviews; this place was wonderful! It could use a bit of cleaning and a makeover since it feels a bit outdated, but the ice cream was fantastic, and the guy working there was amazing. We shared some jokes while placing our order, which made the experience even better. I definitely recommend this place!
My wife and I absolutely enjoy visiting this place! The ice cream is not only delicious, but the two employees are fantastic too. The man and woman who work there are incredibly friendly and quick at preparing orders. They truly deserve a raise for their excellent customer service. This place has the best ice around! They use a cold stone to prepare your treats, and their whipped cream is freshly made. The milkshakes are fantastic, and you can sample the flavors before deciding if you want to order. They also have ice cakes and a variety of other treats in the display freezer.
Cold Stone is an incredible ice cream destination with a wide variety of fresh flavors. The staff is extremely polite and they prepare your ice cream in no time! If you're looking for delicious ice cream in a pleasant atmosphere, this is the place to go. You definitely won't regret your visit.
The staff here is friendly, and they offer an extensive variety of flavors and mix-ins to please any ice cream lover. I really enjoyed the peanut butter cookie dough mix— it was fantastic!
