Always pretty packed. Cold stone is pretty expensive so I'm used to ghe prices. Staff is pretty nice and helpful for the most part. Store is super small considering the volume of customers they get at any given time.I ordered something for my dad and i and said it was to go and they handed me each thing i ordered with a spoon in it so i had to toss it out and ask for a lid multiple times so i could bring it home.
His ice cream. It's not as good as Carvel, it's better than friendly. The price is a bit high for the amount of ice they give you. They also sang for tips, but I guess they don't sing anymore. You don't get any tips. Enjoy the ice while people look through the windows. It's like an aquarium with people in it.
I had a really good concoction from here recently. Cheesecake fantasies immersed in a chocolate with rainbow sprinkle waffle bowl. Oh, it was good. Very delicious. I'm sorry I forgot to take a picture. It looked so good that I was right in. Shame about me and shame about her to offer such a delicious treat.
Small location, so the lines are long. So said, although you may wait to order or buy, the wait will not be too long. It is a very fast pace when it is your turn, although you are not rushed. Ice is always good and there is a living energy. Not much room for groups larger than 3. Overall pretty good.
great location I go here every week especially sundays and I am always happy with my experiences. a special worker, katerina t, serves me in the usually not only delicious ice, but efficient and diligent work. if she makes my order, I know it will be 10/10.
cold stone never disappointed. I ate mine like it cookies and cream confetti before I could even make a picture. there is always a line, but it moves quickly. there is always a million chaotic co-workers and the ice always meets the place.
Love the smoothies and shake. The texture of the ice is a bit about 'Buttery' (for lack of a better explanation). Sorbets are good. Unfortunately, there is no room to sit inside or outside.
I love the crew mostly bc they are so beautiful and respectful and they try their best to make their ice fast and they are so polite. do I love cold stone?
I think they offer the best ice of the long island, I really recommend this place
