I absolutely love Cold Stone in Orland Park! If I could, I'd give it 10 stars. The location is clean and there are plenty of parking spots available. MO is incredibly welcoming and helpful; he assisted me with placing my cake order online and patiently answered all my questions. I had a previous issue with an order, and he handled it professionally without any hesitation. Every visit to Cold Stone is a wonderful experience. The store is clean, and the staff prioritizes safety during COVID-19. The ice cream is truly amazing—my favorite is the Birthday Cake Remix. Thank you again, and keep up the great work!
This is the best Cold Stone in the area! They have delicious ice cream and fresh cakes. The staff is polite and friendly, offering quick and clean service. The management is excellent. I've been visiting this Cold Stone in Orland Park since childhood, and it consistently provides the same amazing taste and delightful experience, along with new flavors every month or so. I've tried other Cold Stone locations, but I believe this one in Orland Park is the best. I highly recommend it and will always remain a loyal customer.
If you're not paying attention, you might easily overlook this restaurant! Each time we've tried to visit, we nearly miss the entrance, but once you step inside, it's absolutely worth it! The staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is spotless. Additionally, there are two parking spots designated for Cold Stone customers right at the entrance! They also offer a fantastic variety of cakes available for quick pickup.
