I absolutely love this Cold Stone location! One time they made a mistake with my order, but when I told them, they quickly and without hesitation remade it in just one minute, even though there was a long line. The customer service here is exceptional, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Kevin, Aidan, and all the other employees are outstanding.
This is my favorite Cold Stone location in St. Louis. I drove all the way from Alton, IL because I know I will receive generous portions and great service in a clean establishment. Chain ice creamery, but I gotta say great tasting. They mix your ingredients right before your eyes on a cold stone slab. Nice outside patio is super for hot summer days.
Our first visit. My girlfriend has a big dark chocolate/coffee w/ Dark Chocolate shave. She ate half in the car and saved half for later. She was very happy!
