This is the second time this cold stone location messes up a cake for our parties. Last time they didn't put any writing on the cake at all. This time they found the youngest toddler they knew to do the writing. This cake is for a 60 year old woman, how am I supposed to show up with this? And the worst part is the employees refuse to fix it. Imagine, no one who works there is able to fix the writing. So what's left for me to do but go buy icing and fix it myself, for the pretty penny they charge for their cakes it is ridiculous, frustrating, and a waste of time to buy their cakes.
Worst service. Ordered a cake for pick up and after a hour and half of waiting, I go to pick to be told cake is not in stock, what is the pint of giving contact information if they won't call you they don't have your cake? When I asked for a refund for the cake she said their system doesn't let them do that and I have to do it online; told her there's no option for refund online and then she suddenly says that she can do the refund? Super weird place, clearly not managed well.

This place didn't even mix my marshmallows. They just sprinkled the topping on top. Also, their marshmallows are stale AF they don't even have a lid on it. They also don't fill it to the very top either. Cheap mfs. I don't mean to sound like a fatty but EVERYWHERE i been fills the ice cream until it touches the lid. BOOOOOOOOOO
I am an Uber driver and I was recommended by Sunshine to discover my first cold stone experience and it was great! I really enjoyed the easy quick and professional help and you can't beat the location, best snack before the movies. I will return and tell my friends to come check it out! Thanks a bunch!

Tasty ice cream always busy. Line moved quickly though. Only complaint is seating area always messy.Guy who helped us was great. Gave my grand daughter an ice cream cone in a cup with her gummy bears.
