The other day I came to cold Stone and was very shocked and surprised with this customers rude and uncooperative to an employee. that was only trying to do her job she came out trying to talk to the woman but she still was being uncooperative just standing in line while I’m trying to get me and my kids ice cream how The lovely lady handled it was very professional I think her name is J she checked me out and she did a wonderful job and I commend all those ladies in there to deal with Customer just like that so keep up the good work
every time I go to this place, I'm never disappointed. her customer service is wonderful. especially the young lady with the name sign aleisha. she seems to be very quiet at first, but if she actually speaks with her, she is so friendly and she ensures that she gets her order right and that she let the load happy. I love their pistachios and exodus with the nuts in it. it's so satisfying and their waffles are always fresh, which is amazing for me. these ladies work very hard. I highly recommend this place.
This was my first time dining here, and it certainly won't be the last. The service was excellent, and I felt truly welcomed. Love this location. I'm a Founders Favorite feen !!! I would have given them 5 stars. But when I order ahead my ice cream is never mixed well. Other than that.... The staff is friendly. My ice cream and mix-ins are always in stock . They make a great effort to keep the line moving.
Probably the best service I ever had. I was greeted immediately and the service was so kind and sweet. I especially enjoyed the workers Jacqui and Bergen. They were the kindest people I ever met. I would strongly recommend and would revisit the store again.
