I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with my children. They were out of three items we wanted, which was fine, but it was the way the girl behind the counter treated us that was upsetting. She was unpleasant, rude, and confrontational. Given how many businesses are struggling, it makes sense for them to hire friendly staff. To make matters worse, the woman behind us turned around and left out of frustration. I will not be returning.
The service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. There was no organization, accountability, or communication; I didn't even receive a text message updating my order. The line stretched out the door, but I could tell the staff was overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism isn't surprising, considering it's run by the owner's children.
Ice cream was good. Seemed to throw them for a loop when I asked for a plain vanilla with no mix-ins for my peanut allergy kid. After a few talks back and forth, they went to the back and used clean serving spoons which is what other locations have done. The other 3 were wonderful and perfect.
If you have a unique taste that you love, this is the place for you. Feel free to mix and match as you please! Whether you choose to share or keep it to yourself, this delicious treat will disappear quickly. Highly recommended! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The dessert did not resemble the picture at all! It was missing whipped cream, and there were very few pieces of yellow cake. The ice cream was mostly melted, while the strawberries added were still completely frozen.
I have tried almost all ice cream flavours here. They are all fabulous. Best part is the employees working here are also very friendly and happily provide ice cream and shakes which adds to the flavour
This coldstone is the ONLY one to actually put some effort into making the sundaes look cute! everything tasted amazing as always but this time really made me smile. thanks Coldstone!!!
