I Stopped in here for the first time because I had received a gift card in my birthday , I bought 2 shakes while I actually liked their shakes and thought they were of great quality this place is too expensive like a Starbucks of ice cream they charged $10+ for each shake and the shakes were small size everything else was great the place appeared to be very clean,the young lady working here was friendly and professional she was proficient at her job the product i received was perfect I will most likely stop here again but honestly I'll avoid doing so on more of a regular basis due to high prices perhaps once a month or something if you don't mind the pricing they have great ice cream product...
I went Sunday to get a huge order for me and my coworkers. It was extremely busy! People were being impatient and rude. Like do you not see they are trying their best. They are tired and still moving as fast as they can. They had a line of tickets on the wall with a line out the door. I patiently waited for my order. Thank you for the order! Great staff!
last time a few years ago the ice and the mix-ins were not fresh and flat from stale. sweet cream was burned on the edge of the freezer and the mixture into the oreo, heath, snickers were also hard and stale tasting. let me tell the cs on the 14th and halsted outshines oak shave with the fresh and the overall quality. what a scandalous tsk tsk tsk!

I ordered a birthday cake online for pickup, but when I arrived, the staff couldn't locate my order. I ended up waiting an anxious 15 minutes until they found the cake. However, the rest of the service was friendly and polite.
